Must be a BC/BE Ophthalmologist
A private group of 5 Ophthalmologists seeks a physician to join their practice on an employed-to-partnership track. This stable practice, in existence since the 1970′s, has a stellar reputation for quality, very supportive partners and a highly skilled and loyal ancillary staff. The practice is complemented by the services of two Optometrists and has an in-house optical shop. You can expect to see 40 patients/day and perform 30-cases/ week at the local ASC. Base salary and productivity incentive are competitive with an attractive benefits package. Growth potential for an energetic, entrepreneurial ophthalmologist is incredible. Partnership may include partnership in the optical shop, the group-owned office building and in the local ASC. Call is currently 1:4 (a senior partner no longer takes call or performs surgery). Ophthalmology subspecialty interest/skills are welcome but not required.
