Mercy Willard is centrally located between Cleveland, Columbus and Toledo, Ohio. The Hospital, its team of Medical Professionals and Community Leaders seek an Obstetrician Gynecologist with an interest in establishing a practice in Willard, Ohio. Mercy Willard is a community hospital committed to providing excellent health care services to its patients and families. The City of Willard is located in southwest Huron County. Willard has grown to a city of approximately 4 square miles with a population of about 7,000 residents. There are six industries within the city limits – RR Donnelley, CSX Transportation System, Midwest Industries, Inc., Pepperidge Farm, G’Mani Crust and Guardian Manufacturing – offering over 3,500 well paying jobs to the residents of Willard and surrounding areas. The community has increased its importance as a rail center. A $50 million expansion has taken place as a result of the acquisition of Conrail by CSXT. The surrounding areas are primarily farmland.
Willard City Schools provide strong educational opportunities well known for their solid academic programs throughout the entire district.
